Any hospitality business running a floor and a kitchen or bar — cafés, bars, clubs, beach bars, restaurants and multi-venue groups.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Mise runs in the browser on whatever tablets, phones or computers you already have. If you need extra devices, we'll point you to what's worth buying.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The POS keeps working offline — orders are stored locally and sync automatically as soon as the connection returns.
How do I migrate from my current system?
We can help migrate your menu, tables and team as part of onboarding.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Billing adjusts pro-rata from the next cycle.
How many devices can I use?
As many as you need. Devices are unlimited on every plan and there is no per-device charge — waiter PDAs, counter registers and manager devices all count the same, which is not at all. Each device is still registered and approved by a manager, so you always see and control what is connected to your venue.
Does it work with my bank's EFT-POS?
We are developing the fiscal and payment integration layer for the Greek market — designed to work with certified electronic invoicing providers and with POS payment workflows. Final supported configurations will be published before commercial launch.
Does it support IRIS payments?
IRIS is part of the payment workflows being evaluated for the Greek-market launch. Final supported flows will be documented before commercial availability.
My venue is seasonal — do I pay through the winter?
Not the full subscription. With seasonal pause (€12/month) your subscription hibernates: menu, team, history and settings stay intact, and you resume with one click when you reopen.
